Intentional Connections

I am a physical therapist by trade and MFR therapist by heart. I have been taking John Barnes MFR courses since 2013. Over the years I have taken over 10 courses. I have been fortunate to be able to have mentoring from expert MFR therapists and worked in a an expert level clinic for over 7 years. Myofascial release through the John Barnes approach has changed my life professionally and personally by helping me recognize how we hold so much in our body and how all it is all connected. MFR has led me down a path of deep healing and awareness. I have experience with all age ranges, including NICU to geriatrics and various diagnoses. Grateful to be able to do this work.
