Sandi began her journey as a myofascial release therapist in 2007 and has been a licensed PT since 1998. After 9 years of practice, she was introduced to the John Barnes approach and It immediately transformed how she practiced as it just made sense, and you can't argue with results. She continues to utilize myofascial release as her primary treatment modality when working with elite athletes to the frail elderly. The results she has seen can be profound, and the gentle approach is tolerated by everyone.

Myofascial release has allowed her to eliminate fascial restrictions from years of training and college athletics and scar tissue from a complete hysterectomy and cancer treatment that were causing daily nagging pain. It has allowed her to continue to participate in competitive athletics and high level fitness activities, now pain free. MFR has also made an impact on her children through years of competitive athletics, allowing them to continue to compete at the collegiate level, and correcting her daughters scoliosis.
