I am passionate about helping people get out of pain/dysfunction and return to the life they want to live. Originally from the mid-west, my husband and I fell in love with the Florida Keys and made it our home in 1999 . I graduated with honors from the University of Indianapolis with a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and then went on to earn my PhD in Health Science. With over 25 years of experience as an OT, I am grateful to work in such an amazing career. I am honored to help people of all ages meet their health and wellness goals, get out of pain and be successful and independent in their lives. After experiencing my own serious health crisis, I discovered John Barnes Myofascial Release and was amazed at the incredible results and healing I received. This led to me doing a "deep-dive" into MFR, taking as many classes as I could. As I began to use MFR with my patients, I witnessed their healing and return to a pain free, functional life.
