We strive to treat each client with compassion and realize that every client's needs are unique. We specialize in the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approach for wellness and the treatment of pain, which allows us to provide you with the tools and hands-on support to facilitate your healing.

Kristin Ponzi is an Expert Myofascial Release Therapist, and has been a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Ohio since 2002. In 2009, after taking her first two Myofascial Release courses from John F. Barnes, PT, Kristin shifted her career to include that modality as a specialty. In continuing to take courses in Myofascial Release, she discovered that it was truly a missing link in hands on treatment.
