My Story: I suffered from severe recurring back, neck and shoulder pain that severely limited my activities and sleep for several years. My symptoms continued to increase despite months of traditional physical therapy, massage, and chiropractic therapy. While I experienced some relief, it was partial and temporary. Once I discovered JFBarnes Myofascial Release and it's amazing results, my world changed forever. At Energy Works Myofascial Release, my goal is help you achieve your health and wellness goals by facilitating your healing journey, teaching self-care techniques, and enable you to to sustain long-lasting relief.

Credentials: Graduate from the College of Saint Benedict in 1988, Bachelors degree in Nursing, Owner and Expert Level Therapist at Energy Works Myofascial Release.
