My name is Andrew Lloyd and I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2017.



I spent my first three years as a licensed massage therapist working at a chiropractor's office, where I deepened my knowledge of the Western medical perspective and helped people recover from chronic pain and debilitating injuries. I spent those years creating a middle path between the precision of Western medicine and the intuition of holistic therapies.



Now, I run my own business and treat people using a combination of MyoFascial Release, deep tissue, and trigger point therapies.



Each individual has unique goals, challenges, and health histories. As such, I tailor treatments to meet the needs of the individual with whom I am working. After every treatment, we find the most effective home care stretches and strategies so clients are empowered to further their own recovery between sessions.



MyoFascial Release helped me reclaim my body from past injuries and dysfunctional movement patterns. I want to offer that same relief to other people in need.
