I began practicing massage therapy in 1994 utilizing different modalities. When discovering the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approach in 2000, I found it to be the most effective therapy treatment for pain and limited range of motion. This was a treatment like no other!



It is my mission to help people connect with their own strengths and healing abilities. At the end of each session I will suggest easy and effective ways to treat yourself.



Come for some healing time in North Florida on the beautiful Gulf Coast. Treat yourself to multiple sessions. Visit for a few days or come for a week.
