Jessica Beeching, a chronic pain patient since the age of ten, found little relief or support within the mainstream medical system. This led her to explore alternative therapies, eventually specializing in Massage Therapy, Myofascial Release, Self-Development and Breathwork. Drawing from her personal journey, alongside extensive self-care, testing, research, and studies, Jessica's mission is to integrate proven techniques into personalized self-care sessions. Her approach combines science, client collaboration, and her own experience to create a unique and targeted approach tailored to each individual's needs.
