In my former incarnation as a landscaper/gardener, I used massage as my main form of self-care. Eventually, I enrolled in a 2-year, 650 hr. massage therapist certification program. and became a licensed Massage Therapist. In Feb.'11, I took a working vacation to Sedona, Arizona for my first Myofascial Release seminar with John Barnes. I knew immediately that MFR was the step beyond massage to allow lasting results addressing pain, postural issues and injury. In the following years, I have taken and retaken many courses, attaining expert therapist status. I continue to study and learn this profound healing modality.



I work out of a private, dedicated treatment room in my antique home in Brewster, on Cape Cod, MA.
