Hi! I am a Massage Therapist with more than 20 years experience. I began my amazing journey with John Barnes MFR in 2011 and now use this wonderful healing modality for all my clients. By using deep sustained pressure I can access the fascial system within the whole body and slowly allow my clients to relax and release deeply held restrictions. Fascia is the elastic collagen connective tissue found throughout the body, from lining our cells to weaving within the muscles and tendons. It has great ability to support us and allow movement, yet can be compromised and become dense with injuries , holding patterns and postural issues. Myofascial Release Therapy restores elasticity within these fibers through circulation and energy flow, relieves pain , allows more joint mobility and range of motion, decreases and even eliminates chronic conditions.
