I have worked for 20+ years with teens, adults and seniors experiencing pain, cognitive impairment, PTSD, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and Post-COVID-19 Syndrome. I offer the Feldenkrais Method® to help people regain ease and comfort by reconnecting with smooth movement, balance, and self-awareness.
