Sheri Cohen

I help adults and teens recover from injury, manage chronic pain and neurological conditions, excel in high-performance activities (dance, yoga, sports, music, theater), and experience embodied self-awareness. I am comfortable working in coordination with your medical and mental health providers. I am an Assistant Trainer in the Feldenkrais Method, which means I help to teach people to become Feldenkrais practitioners. I have been a contemporary dancer and dance teacher since the early 90's, and taught Feldenkrais-informed yoga for 25 years. I offer classes, workshops and private sessions both in person and online.
