Sandrine Harris offers private sessions (online & in person in western MA), group workshops, retreats and trainings internationally in: somatics and Feldenkrais, Somatic Experiencing and healing trauma, Pain Reprocessing for chronic pain syndromes, mindfulness meditation and creative expression.
