I've been a Feldenkrais Practitioner for over 20 years, and have seen how the work (and play) changes lives. You'll begin to listen to and appreciate your own body in new ways and realize you have more options for movement than you thought. Whether you're an athlete, musician, walker, or chef, I look forward to helping you bring more ease into your life.
