In 2003, I began seeking answers to my own inexplicable pain. Step by step, what started about me became about helping others, then it became my job, then my life’s purpose.

First, I became a licensed Neuromuscular & Structural Balance Therapist (LMBT), then a certified Therapeutic Yoga teacher(CTYT), next a certified Bones For Life® teacher (CBFLT), and finally a guild certified Feldenkrais® practitioner (GCFP).

I bring all of my two decades of study and experience with mind body and spirit unity to every lesson. My work focuses on helping you discover how your physical, emotional and mental bodies can enjoy better communication.
