Cranial sacral, mindfulness, interpersonal neurobiology, Certified Assistant Trainer, Mentoring. Fluent English, Spanish, French and some German. Available for mentoring either small groups of 3 or 4; or individuals. Special emphasis on self-organisation, links between ATM and FI; how to work with pilates, yoga and other exercise participants.
