Carolyn Fleg

I work with adults, children, and seniors. I teach both Awareness Through Movement and Functional Integration online and in person. I work with dancers, actors, athletes, and those with sciatica, carpel tunnel, frozen shoulder, hip injury, recovery after surgery, recovery after joint replacement, and more. I enjoy offering Feldenkrais classes and workshops before creative activities such as dancing, writing, acting and painting. Carolyn Fleg
