I specialize in helping people with chronic pain, including mind/body syndromes, as well as recovering from acute injuries and surgery. The emphasis of my work is helping people experience a positive shift, so they are inspired to continue the journey of self-improvement. It is my belief that there is always room to be healthier, even during chaotic and stressful times.
