RCST®, SEP, CMT At Conscious Soma, I combine my training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy with somatic dialogue skills to help adults struggling with pain, stress, and trauma reclaim their lives. By working in the here and now, with how these symptoms and effects are held in the tissues, we can allow them to gently transform and heal. I am a registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (RCST®) and Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP), which focuses on trauma healing. All sessions are given remotely via intentional touch from my location in western Massachusetts.
