RCST While maintaining an orientation to whole body/mind/spirit health and well-being, as a BCST practitioner, Suz orients her sessions towards providing nervous system support. With the firm belief that every human body contains a vast wealth of intelligence and healing resources, and with her clients as active participants in their own care, Suz uses presence, gentle touch, stillness and education to help her clients remove any barriers that may be preventing their inherent healing process from coming online and diminishing their natural state of vibrant health.
