Stephanie Everage

RCST®, LMT Stephanie has been practicing biodynamic craniosacral therapy for the last 14 years. She enjoys helping people achieve states of calmness in their everyday lives in order to feel more joy and contentment. She has made it her life's mission to emulate that in herself, in order to help create it in others. She has also been studying yoga and ayurveda for 10 years to complement living mindfully. Stephanie is also a massage therapist and combines both modalities to bring her clients to a state of resolve from the demands life puts on them.
