Sherry Russell

RCST CYT Sherry is a graduate of Stillpoint NYC, (Clara Favale, Shannon Dailey, Franklyn Sills.) She has dedicated the last 25 years of her life to various energy based practices such as martial arts, yoga and meditation both as a teacher and a student.She brings a unique understanding to the dynamics within the field, centering her practice around helping others achieve more embodied lives.Sherry guides and facilitates a sense of belonging, ease and presence with her clients. She has an extensive background in working with children and teens, people with special needs and the LGBTQ community.
