Sarah White-Ayon

RCST® Sarah White-Ayón (she/they) is a BCST practitioner, dancer, poet, visual artist, and Alexander Technique (AT) teacher. For 16+ years, she has taught classes in movement, somatic awareness, embodied presence, and AT at various schools in NYC including Movement Research, American Academy of Dramatic Arts, Balance Arts Center, Playwrights Horizons, and Juilliard. She is a 2024 Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Foundations Training graduate with Stillpoint Wellness. Her private practice in BCST and the Alexander Technique is based in Brooklyn, NY, the stolen land of the Lenape and Canarsie people.
