She is skilled at creating a safe and beautiful space for you to show up exactly as you are, and gently move towards deeper integration and nervous system regulation. She specializes in working with those with chronic illness and early childhood trauma, and welcomes anyone who has a commitment to re-discovering their most authentic selves.
