RCST® Lisa's journey including her studies in massage therapy and holistic nutrition, allows her to trust in the infinite wisdom within. She understands that nature’s design is flawless and that our bodies function to always serve and protect us. Her ongoing curiosity has her studying Germanic Healing knowledge (GHk), a complementary modality to the principles of BCST and one that affirms her views on health and self-empowerment. Lisa continually strives to widen her capacity to hold space for each individual’s unique nuances and intricacies.
