RCST®, LPC Practicing biodynamic craniosacral therapy (BCST) is a privilege. Being present with others; co-creating a safe & settled space; allowing deep connection & a much-needed but rarely found healing relationship - this is profound. I have found in BCST a deeper, more resonant understanding of decades of mindfulness practice & meditation. I look forward to remembering with each client what is possible, what the body & its energy knows. I studied with Margaret Rosenau & Vanessa Lillie. I have my MA in Contemplative Psychotherapy from Naropa University, having studied psychology & eastern philosophy.
