I feel so blessed to be able to share this work in the world and to do what I see as holding safe space for the spiritual to connect to the physical while remaining deeply rooted to the Earth. Nourishment, spaciousness and ease are my favorite feelings to evoke and support the cultivation of in myself and my clients.
