Descending from several hereditary lineages of holistic healers, the foundation of my work is to engage the vital force, establish coherence and facilitate unbounded freedom in all systems of the body-mind-soul. Specializing in Biodynamic and Somatic Bodywork for neurophysiological solutions to chronic pain/inflammation, trauma resolution, neurodivergence, nervous system resilience, stress regulation and chronic disease.
