RCST® My path to becoming a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (BCST) started with a two-year apprenticeship in shamanic practices which helped me to deepen my relationship with myself and the world around me. This deepened connection and ability to trust my inner knowing led me to BCST where I discovered the incredible strength and capacity of the natural healing mechanism that exists within each of us. I feel honoured to witness this innate capacity at work in clients as they move towards improved physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
