RCST®, MSc in Medical Science Helena worked in cancer research over decades. After a car accident, chronic neck and head pain led her to discover the power of Craniosacral Therapy – a gentle, non-invasive modality supporting the client’s body’s own wisdom to make healing changes. These changes begin on the table and then continue to be integrated for days and sometimes weeks afterward. Changes initiated on the table are cumulative, holistic and accompanied by an improved sense of well-being.
