RCST®, LPCC, MA I have been a Somatic Psychotherapist since 2005 and my focus has been on how help people to live life in a more fully embodied way. As part of my own journey, I have studied many forms of somatic psychotherapy, bodywork, energy work and pre & perinatal studies. I bring all of this experience into my work as a craniosacral practitioner. My intention is to empower you with the tools to know and love your embodied life. To feel more skillfull and resilient in managing the challenges that life presents to you. To access a sense of being part of a greater wholeness that is both within and without.
