RCST®, Ellen is a Women’s WayFinder who helps women to age buoyantly and dive into their next chapter with confidence, joy + meaning. Ellen's current work uses the principles of biodynamic craniosacral to help women 60+ live more vibrant, meaningful lives in the third act. She does not currently see clients for table nor distance craniosacral sessions but focuses, instead on supporting women to change the narrative of aging and reframe what we think is permitted through these years.
