RCST®, Embodiment Facilitator Since graduating from BCST foundational training in 2009, I have used this potent and empowering approach as an anchor and base for my ever-evolving practice as an embodiment facilitator ~ interweaving BCST, pre & perinatal psychology, attachment therapy, integrated body psychotherapy and somatic relational therapy into my offerings. I provide transformational support to individuals, couples & other relationships, families and groups, as well as facilitating birthing yourself process workshops and small-group somatic explorations.
