RCST® Cora's personal journey with CranioSacral Therapy began over 2 decades ago, and she's honoured to now be able to bring this gentle, yet profound healing modality to others in a professional capacity. The Biodynamic principles of safety, presence through boundaried touch, listening, and allowing the innate wisdom of the body to express itself, can apply not only to the body but also to life in general.
