RCST®, SEP, LMT Christina practices BCST with a deep understanding of trauma and its resolution. In the spirit of her teachers, Franklyn Sills and Peter Levine, she seeks to help strengthen and bring forth the inherent health and healing capacities of each individual. Using the processes of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Somatic Experiencing, old physical and emotional patterns, traumatic stresses and strains can be gently released and the system can reorganize, restoring one's true potential of health, including healthy attachment.Christina also offers small group supervision in BCST and SE.
