I graduated from the Alexander Training Institute of San Francisco in 1992. Having worked as a long-haul trucker for 28 years, I am familiar with workplace issues and repetitive stress injuries. I transitioned to work as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the specialty of hand therapy, specializing in chronic pain, especially CRPS (Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome). I am currently a hospice volunteer and end-of-life doula. I practice yoga and Pilates, hike, garden, read, and enjoy my life in rural Sonoma County.
