I graduated from the Oregon Center for the Alexander Technique and continue to hone my skills with post graduate studies. As a musician and former equestrienne I bring a skill set of both artist and athlete to the work which allows me to have a more complete understanding of the challenges people face. This work will help you to recognize muscular patterns associated with stress and how you can get out of your own way to a better and more efficient way of functioning.
