Lyndsay Murray

Lyndsay Murray, M.A., movement specialist and mindfulness consultant, has taught at many spas, resorts and professional conventions around the world. She is a teacher for teachers and has trained many teachers in both Yoga, barre and group fitness. Her extensive explorations in various mind-body movement systems and therapeutic body-work have led her to apprenticeships and studies with some of our industry’s most respected professionals and world-renown teachers. She taught barre for over 12 years at the highly renown exhale spa with the premier barre teachers in the United States. Lyndsay is an ACE and AFAA continuing education provider.
