Lucia Chavez Aguirre Lucía Chávez, CN, IFNCP
Certified Nutritionist by the Mexican College of Nutritionists and the first Certified Practitioner in Integrative and Functional Nutrition in Mexico.

Lucía is a wellness activist with a passion for exploring the science behind the impact of food on health. Through her practices, she has helped heal herself, her family, and over 20,000 patients. Her professional recommendations address the root causes of challenging health conditions in a practical and sustainable way to promote recovery and overall health.

She leads a team of nutritionists who provide personalized telenutrition services worldwide and also serves as Chief Nutritionist at the Obesity Control Center, an International Center of Excellence in Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery.

Lucía’s passion for teaching extends beyond the university classroom. She conducts online nutritional masterclasses and other courses that have transformed hundreds of lives.

Lucía is also a frequent speaker at medical and nutrition conferences and appears in various media outlets.
