Cilantro SRL, Registration I am a functionally trained nutrition specialist based in Bucharest, Romania.

My professional journey began with a career as a specialist pharmacist, and later, my passion for helping others to learn, fuelled my desire to deepen my study of nutrition at universities and institutes recognized for their academic excellence (e.g., Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy USA, Institute for Integrative Nutrition USA, Monash University Australia, Institute for Optimum Nutrition UK, etc.). And because clinical nutrition pairs well with Immunology, I chose to study this discipline at Harvard Medical School (HMX) with Dr. Andrew Lichtman and Dr. Shiv Pillai.

My mission is to help those I work with, understand their physiology, set health-related goals, and implement strategies to restore, improve their health, or promote longevity.

I work with individuals looking to restore their metabolic health and with women experiencing hormonal imbalances or seeking to navigate the pre/peri/menopausal transition with ease.
