Vanessa Marsden, RN

I am a registered nurse who is passionate about helping people become healthier and happier. I have had my own difficult health journey so I know how hard it is to live an abundant, productive life when struggling with health issues. My medical background and experience provides important dimensions to my health coaching as well.

All of my clients report that I have helped them make significant, sustainable changes, in not only their health, but also their joy of living. I believe in living LARGE, not in size, but in scope!

I believe our bodies are ready to heal and get stronger as long as we provide what they need and avoid what is harmful. I am an advocate of natural/alternative treatments, or as Chris Kresser puts it, "unconventional medicine".
