After years of struggling with arthritis, sleep apnea, brain fog, and obesity, I finally found a way not to be sick and tired all of the time.
I had to find a better way and the Primal Blueprint was it! Mark Sisson’s book The Primal Blueprint changed my life. Having lost 45 lbs in 6 months was great, but way down the list of positive changes. Gone were fatigue, acid reflux, inflammation, and “brain fog”. Returning was a full nights’ sleep, better athletic performance, and less stress. These changes were all better than the easy weight loss.
This experience caused me to enroll and be certified in the Primal Blueprint Coaching course after only living Primally for 3 months so I can help others change their health. The certification is complete but the education continues as my interest in primal eating and lifestyle continues to grow and I learn from many sources. The Primal Blueprint model is 80% what we eat and 20% how we move and rest. The focus is a primal lifestyle in the modern world.
