I am a functional nutrition counselor and a Master Primal Health coach with a background in Immunology. My family’s battle with thyroid cancer and several tick-borne diseases followed by my own autoimmune and pre-diabetes issues, directed me down a path of nutrition and wellness. It can be daunting to make and commit to lifestyle, nutrition, and fitness changes so that you can wake up feeling ready for the active day ahead. It’s even more critical when you reach your 40s and 50s to fuel your body for optimal mental and physical performance. My training has prepared me to help you navigate your journey to optimal health.
