I came to the primal diet and lifestyle both to support my son with extraordinary mental health challenges and also to regulate my own body weight which has fluctuated since my own childhood. I am committed and passionate to use my learning experiences to support others in their journey to optimal health. Our mental health system is a mess and doctors we are ill-informed about nutrition and so many more things that are the essence of a primal lifestyle.
