I am a mama to two boys (Santi and Arlo), currently live in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, with my family, and have an absolute LOVE for food - everything about it! My goal is to bring the same joy into your kitchen, when you are nourishing yourself or your little ones.

A little about Primal Mama - it is the love child of my awe for the human body and all of the changes it’s capable of during pregnancy and my fascination with the power of food for healing & growth. My programs focus on providing education and guidance surrounding preparing the body for pregnancy, resources, recommendations, and tips for during and after pregnancy, and creating a stress-free way of feeding infants and toddlers. Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, Certified Health Coach
