I'm a carnivore, keto, IF and health coach, and my superpower is to find a way to incorporate healthy habits into YOUR lifestyle.

I've been practicing the keto diet for 11 years. I went through pregnancy on the keto diet and breastfed my daughter until she was almost 3, doing a low or no-carb diet.

I do coaching in English and Russian. My speaking of Ukrainian is poor, but I understand it well and will be happy to stimulate BDNF through bilingual coaching sessions.
