I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years as a Sports Specific Coach,Personal Trainer, Pilates and Yoga Teacher. In 2019 I studied Primal Health Coaching to expand my knowledge and extend my business into a Health Coaching role.
My passion is helping people to clear up the baggage of their past, then with the use of positive thoughts, a bit of science, food and exercise create an amazing, positive and empowered life.
