Matt Onyszko

My name is Matt Onyszko, and I have been fortunate enough to work in the health and fitness industry for over 12 years. Working with everyone from Olympic and Pro Athletes to stay at home parents, my vast experience has given me the opportunity to affect many lives.
Personally, I have been involved in sports all my lift. From Boxing and MMA, to Rugby and Football, I was fortunate enough to take my love for fitness and sport and transfer it into working with individual looking to improve their own health.
During my time I have had the privilege of studying at the University of Calgary, learning from amazing strength coaches like Charles Poliquin and Les Gramantik, and developing a true passion for this industry.
