I've been living a Primal lifestyle since 2009. It was this diet and lifestyle that helped me overcome some severe health issues caused by my lifestyle and my "healthy" low fat, whole grain diet. Conventional medicine didn't work, but diet and lifestyle modification did!

From there I made it my mission to change my life, live by example and help others. I left my lucrative corporate career to follow this path. I am now co-owner of Absolution CrossFit, Owner and Health Coach at Out of The Box Nutrition, the personality behind MomGonePaleo.com and best of all, I am head of enrollment for The Primal Health Coach Program.
