Besides a Primal Health Coach, I'm a Pilates Instructor with a rehab focus, Clinical Massage Therapist, mom, cancer survivor, ex-gymnast, martial artist, visual artist & musician. I've also recovered from injuries and surgeries. I love my job because I help people feel better!

I've been fundamentally primal since 2009. My journey has been as tumultuous as any human's, the bright side of which is that I have collected lots of experience in handling all of the ups and downs of trying to stay healthy when the mainstream is not in your favor.

I love to study. I love learning about all of my practices and sharing the info with all of my clients and friends. This means that I can focus quite intently on each client and their specific issues.
